MARLOWE Certification™: Certification Gate Architecture

Canonical clarification of the 7 Gates, the 4-Step Protocol, and the Energy Audit / Ghost Load Audit as diagnostic engine.

Canonical clarification: The MARLOWE Certification™ framework operates through a Certification Gate clearance sequence. The 4-Step Marlowe Protocol™ — Declare, Map, Verify, Certify — is the operational audit method used within the gate architecture. The 4-Step Protocol does not replace the 7 Gates.

Gate I — Jitter Diagnostic

Technical timing baseline and substrate coherence against Δ ≤ 1.57 μs and Ω ≤ 3.33 ms.

Gate II — Nodal Mapping

Structural transparency baseline; maps visible load, hidden load, Administrative Delta™, burden shifting, and externalized load.

Gate III — Settlement / Ghost Load Accounting

Calculates G = L − N; converts hidden extraction into accountable record, restitution, correction, or licensing logic.

Gate IV — Moral Synchronization

Human-in-the-loop authority verification; Line 186 / Sovereign Human remains inside the system as accountable authority.

Gate V — SPARK / Public Funding Alignment

Prevents public funds, emergency authority, or public infrastructure from financing private Ghost Load™.

Gate VI — Certification Seal / Parallel Economy Clearance

Public trust and market-facing verification; permits seal display after audit clearance.

Gate VII — Recertification / Continuity / Revocation

Ongoing integrity, renewal, anti-backsliding, and seal suspension/revocation if Ghost Load™ returns.

Final Lock

The audit is the diagnostic engine. The gates are the certification clearance sequence. The 4-Step Protocol is the operational audit method.
