Audit & Certification Fees
Fees are tiered by annual revenue. The audit license fee covers one audit cycle. Certification fees cover the seven-gate certification process. Quarterly re-certification fees maintain registry listing and seal license.
All fees paid to L.M. Marlowe LLC, Wyoming. Payment via Stripe (Tiers 1–4) or wire transfer (Tier 5). The audit license fee is non-refundable after the audit package is delivered. 25% of Tier 4 and Tier 5 initial audit fees are directed to the Marlowe Empowerment Foundation as a charitable contribution — the audited entity receives a contribution acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.

One-time fee per audit cycle. Licenses the Ghost Load™ methodology for your entity to run against its own systems. Zero-access — your data never leaves your environment. 48-hour certification determination from submission.

Tier 5 fee covers the full FERC Form 1 and Form 3-Q audit package, the enterprise downloadable package, and the 48-hour certification determination. Resubmission after a Conditional or Gap determination is 25% of the original audit fee.
Certification Fees — Track 1: Parallel Economy (Optional)
After passing the audit, entities may apply for MARLOWE Certification™. The certification fee covers all seven gates. The quarterly seal fee maintains registry listing and seal license.

Certification Fees — Track 2: Grid-Connected / AI (Mandatory)
Mandatory certification for FERC-regulated entities, grid operators, AI infrastructure, and large tech platforms. Quarterly re-certification is mandatory — no grace period.

AI Infrastructure Entities
AI frontier model developers, large language model operators, and AI infrastructure companies operating at scale are classified under Track 2 — Grid-Connected / AI Mandatory. This includes entities whose compute operations draw grid power at or above the 20 MW threshold established in the NERC Level 3 Alert framework.

Marlowe Empowerment Foundation — 25% Charitable Routing
For Tier 4 and Tier 5 initial audit fees, 25% of the audit fee is directed to the Marlowe Empowerment Foundation as a charitable contribution. The audited entity receives a contribution acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.
- Tier 4 ($75,000 audit fee): $18,750 directed to foundation
- Tier 5 ($1,000,000 audit fee): $250,000 directed to foundation
The foundation operates on a dollar-in, dollar-out principle. Administrative overhead is capped. Funds go directly to transitioning individuals and families from structural dependency to structural autonomy — housing infrastructure, direct care, skill-based development, and direct financial support. The entities whose extraction the framework diagnoses capitalize the foundation that transitions people out of the dependency their extraction produced.

- Tiers 1–4: Stripe — credit/debit card, ACH. Payment link provided upon audit license request.
