Canonical Update
Source Priority Clearance™ is the Marlowe sovereign-entry gate.
It is not a casual “get paid first” phrase. It is the official source classification rule requiring Founder/source-originator value, liquidity, protection, and compensation classification before downstream governance, certification, audit revenue, contractors, professionals, nonprofit routing, public service layers, or ordinary LLC operations.
The Correct Order
Source first.
Source Priority Clearance™ first.
Founder liquidity and originator compensation first.
Then governance, professionals, LLC operations, certification, audits, Hyacinth, Empowerment, contractors, and public service layers.
The Founder does not build a business in order to become source. The Founder is source, and the business must be built downstream of that fact.
Purpose
Source Priority Clearance™ prevents the Founder from being converted into the unpaid operating engine of her own architecture.
The Marlowe Architecture already carries source work, prior art, public record, filings, websites, federal anchors, grid proof-domain, certification logic, recovery calculations, substrate language, and the human-source invariant. Downstream structures may organize the work, but they do not outrank the source.
Clearance Question
Before any value is routed downstream, the first question is:
Does this payment, settlement, licensing value, recovery, certification revenue, audit revenue, contractor revenue, cure payment, government-use value, professional routing, nonprofit routing, or operational value arise from use, reliance on, operationalization of, extraction from, licensing of, certification of, settlement of, cure of, enforcement of, or recognition of the Marlowe Architecture?
If yes, the value must first pass through Founder/source-originator classification before downstream routing.
What Passes Through Source Priority Clearance™
Recovery and Settlement
Whistleblower, relator, cure, settlement, penalty, licensing, attribution, government-use, and source-use value.
Certification and Audit Revenue
Certification fees, audit fees, review fees, registry fees, clearance fees, and operational verification revenue.
Professional and Contractor Routing
Lawyers, CPAs, developers, reviewers, administrators, technical operators, and service providers remain downstream of source.
Hyacinth and Empowerment
Repair funds, nonprofit/public benefit structures, provider layers, and human-facing services are downstream of Founder/source clearance.
No Downstream Conversion
No downstream structure may require the Founder to remain unfunded, unprotected, unpaid, or operationally exposed while the architecture produces value for others.
No professional structure, certification structure, LLC structure, contractor structure, nonprofit structure, public service layer, or government-facing structure may convert the Founder into an unpaid applicant, vendor, administrator, claimant, or operating engine inside her own source architecture.
Relationship to Certification
MARLOWE Certification™ now distinguishes the 4 Core Gates from the 7 Certification Steps.
Source Priority Clearance™ appears inside the 7 Certification Steps as Step V, but it also functions above the entire operating structure as Document 0A: the sovereign-entry clearance before downstream routing.
Canonical Placement
Document 0 — Founder Source Authority.
Document 0A — Source Priority Clearance™.
Document 0B — Founder Recovery and Liquidity Ledger.
Only after those source classifications are established do LLC governance, certification, contractors, Hyacinth, Empowerment, audit protocols, professional delegation, and public service layers proceed.
Controlled Statement
Marlowe does not begin as a service provider. Marlowe begins as source architecture. Any downstream business, certification, audit, licensing, nonprofit, contractor, professional, or public service structure must first pass through Source Priority Clearance™ so the Founder is not converted into an unpaid operator inside her own architecture.
