You came here because something is broken. The plumber doesn't return calls. The clinic charges you for a procedure nobody can explain. The platform took its cut and the work was never done. You already know what is wrong. You don't need us to explain it.
What the seal means
When you find a provider with the NotAnAlgorithm seal — a craftsman, a clinician, a licensed contractor, an attorney, a teacher, a maker, anyone offering honest service — here is what you can expect:
The price is the price. No hidden platform fees. No silent extraction. The number on the bill is the number you pay.
A human answers. When you have a question, the person on the other end is empowered to answer it. Not a chatbot. Not a script. Not a queue routed to the cheapest contractor.
The work matches the work. What was promised is what gets delivered. If something goes wrong, it gets made right.
Your data stays yours. The provider knows your name and what you hired them for. That is the extent of what is collected. Nothing is sold. Nothing is profiled. Nothing is fed to an algorithm.
How you find one
As providers earn the seal through the certification process, they appear in the public Registry — listed by what they do and where they are. No sorted rankings. No paid placement. No "recommended" tier.
You will find a provider the way people used to find providers: by reading their listing, recognizing their work, and choosing them yourself.
Browse the Registry.
The Registry lives on the canonical substrate. Verification of any provider's current certification status is one click away.
Open the MARLOWE Registry →
Are you a provider yourself? Start with the Entity Audit and then the Intake Portal.
The exchange is the exchange. Dollar in, dollar out. Nothing in the middle.
